The three-bedroom home on Lanterman Terrace seemed to have a lot going for it when it hit the market in January. The approximately 2,900-square foot home of Kevin Griffin, a member of the rock band Better Than Ezra, features walls of glass and open living areas inspired by the original and much smaller post-and-beam style house that was built on the site during the 1950s. The hillside home also came with a steep $1.65 million price tag. Apparently it never sold because, according to Redfin, it has recently been relisted with a new broker and a lower price: $1.49 million. That’s below the $1.59 million Griffin and his wife paid for the property in 2006, according to the L.A. Times. Will this price chop do the the trick?
