Los Feliz road rage crash leaves 5 injured

Los Feliz road rage crash
LOS FELIZ — Police are looking for a driver involved in a road rage crash on Los Feliz Boulevard Wednesday night that left five people injured, one of them critically.

The incident began at about 10:30 pm as the driver of a Chrysler PT Cruiser and another vehicle, possibly a Chrysler Sebring, became involved in a dispute as they traveled westbound on Los Feliz Boulevard near Riverside Drive. Here, according to the LAPD Central Traffic Division,  is what happened next:

“As they reached the intersection of Tica Drive and Los Feliz Boulevard, the Sebring cut off the PT Cruiser, and began to stop in front of the Pt Cruiser. To avoid a collision, the PT Cruiser swerved to the left, onto eastbound Los Feliz Boulevard traffic, and became involved in a head-on- collision with an Infiniti G35. The driver of the Sebring fled the scene after the collision, failed to stop to render aid or identify themselves since they influenced the collision.”

One person from the PT Cruiser was injured while four were injured in the Infiniti, police said in a statement. One teenage victim who suffered severe head injuries is in critical condition but stable condition. Four others sustained severe injuries but they are not considered life threatening.

The car that fled the scene is described as possible white, four-door Chrysler Sebring that was being  driven by a white male.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact the LAPD Central Traffic Division Detectives at (213) 833-3713 or 1-877-527- 3247. Anyone wishing to remain anonymous should call the LA Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 222-TIPS or go to www.lacrimestoppers.org.

  2. Psychos! This city is filled with irresponsible, psychotic children behind the wheel. It’s really disgusting the disregard for human life that these entitled, self-serving sacks of sh*t exhibit. Let them all burn in hell.

  3. I really hope this jerk is caught asap. He needs to be charged with everything possible related to this horrific accident.
